With my comtek set up I usually use a m-216 tx but for my music video playback job I decided to rent a BST-25 because I was worried that my m-216 may not have enough reach for some of the setups since I was quite far from the slate at times. It worked very well and I never had to worry about range so it is a great product to pick up if you need more comtek range
